What this site keeps.

This site doesn't ask you to sign in and sells nothing itself. Here is what happens when you visit it.

Letters from the desert

If you sign up, your email address goes to Flodesk, which sends the newsletter. You join only after confirming from your own inbox, and every letter has a link to leave. Your address is used for the newsletter and nothing else.

Counting visits

The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see which pages are read, from what kind of device and roughly where in the world. You can turn it off with Google's opt-out.

Listening

The player remembers your volume, your track and whether you've chosen Quiet mode. That stays in your own browser and isn't sent to us.

Other companies involved

The site is hosted by Cloudflare and its fonts come from Google Fonts, so both handle your browser's requests. Album pages play music through Bandcamp, and buying on Bandcamp comes under its policy.
